As a CEO he was active in the (top) management in the international world of physical safety and crisis & disaster management for over 31 years. At the end of 2010 he definitely changed his life. With Captijn Insight it is inspiring to him, to let international people and organizations discover and witness how beautiful they are and where they actually all are capable of out of their own (latent) inner wisdom, talents and strength. So, they can fulfill their mission and ‘live life’ freer, lighter, with more fun, awareness & and engagement. One of his life themes is: “Growing by sharing”. With his approach he is not only sharing but encouraging people and organizations to discover their own inner treasure and possibilities.
